Die-Cut Tracker

Log a die-cut request with its artwork here instead of emailing it. Piotr cuts and prints, and every step is timed from the moment the request comes in until it goes through to the warehouse. Uploaded artwork goes straight into OneDrive, in its own folder under Die Cut Designs.

Artwork: send the best file you have
  1. Best: Illustrator (.ai), EPS or SVG vector files, or a PDF saved from Illustrator.
  2. Last resort: PNG, only if it's high quality: at least 2000 px across, sharp edges, ideally a transparent background. No screenshots, no logos copied off websites or out of emails.
If the client only has a small or blurry logo, ask them for the vector file before submitting.
Start with the EMS order ID and the rest fills itself in. Check the size and logo name, as EMS doesn't always hold them.

The warehouse needs at least 60 hours to make die-cut cubes, so the cut and printed die-cuts must reach them 60 hours before the event.
